Assassin: An Assassin is a murderer. They can be payed to kill your enemies, and they normally do a pretty good job. They got no special skills or powers. They're trained to kill, and only to kill. Using their whole body as a weapon (or actual weapons).
Ninja: A ninja is a "servant". They protect their master, deliver messages, or kill your enemy. They can do taijustu (fighting styles, using your body and weapon, like an assassin), Ninjutsu (Offensive special techniques) or Genjutsu (Illusion techniques) to do their job.
Samurai: A samurai is a swordsman, using his blade to protect his master at all cost. His honor means a lot to him, and so does his morals. They see their sword, as a part of themselves, and will never let go of it, unless their master tells them too. Lonely samurais are seen too, they do what they please, and nothing else. Unless they find someone, they feel like they have to protect.
